My top projects consist of a handful of various Discord bots I've developed and deployed myself using technologies such as Python, data analytics tools, and cloud hosting services.

Reports live-game status of users and allows for betting on said games with virtual currency

HIGHLIGHTS:
•  Economy system built in Discord with bet, send, and leaderboard features
•  Uses Riot API to pull live-game user data
•  Persistent storage to ensure reliability of data and track daily rank changes

FINANCE DATA REPORT GENERATOR

‍Retrieves real-time stock data and delivers it directly to users through the Discord platform.

HIGHLIGHTS:
•  Functionality for real-time updates and setting notifications

OPENAI CHATGPT-3 BOT

Enables users to access features of OpenAI's ChatGPT-3 directly through the Discord platform.

•  Data parsing and JSON translation
•  Usage tracking and input validation
•  OpenAI API for search, text and image generation

CS:GO DATA ANALYSIS TOOL

Performs SQL-like queries on data files in Parquet format directly through the Discord platform.

HIGHLIGHTS:
•  Data filtering and analysis capabilities
•  User-friendly model of SQL
•  Potential to yield valuable insights in the competitive gaming and data industries

BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Replicates BMS fire-alarm, lighting, HVAC, and security systems using Raspberry Pi.

HIGHLIGHTS:
•  References DHT-11 sensor and local API data
•  PIR sensor and use of LEDs for lighting
•  Calculate energy costs and generate reports

RASPBERRY PI SMART MIRROR

Smart Mirror device that uses CV2 module to detect user's facial features

FINANCE DATA REPORT DISCORD BOT

PURPOSE: Retrieves real-time stock data and delivers it directly to users through the Discord platform

•  Employs Requests and BeautifulSoup libraries to perform web-scraping on Yahoo Finance

OPENAI CHATGPT-3 DISCORD BOT

PURPOSE: Enables users to use search, text-generation, and image-generation features of OpenAI's ChatGPT-3 directly through the Discord platform

•  Responds to commands, answers questions, and engages in casual conversation
•  Connects to OpenAI via API which allows for usage tracking and use of different AI models
•  Features image-generation upon command usage

USER MANAGEMENT DISCORD BOT

PURPOSE: Features various unique commands and interactions to enhance Discord user experience
‍
•  /question: A command which allows the user to ask and submit a question anonymously; a Discord Embed is then sent, to which other users may respond, anonymously or not, and have their responses exhibited as well
•  /glass: A command which grants the user entry to a private voice channel, which other users are unable to join unless approved by the initial user
•  Automatically toggles viewability of certain text channels (i.e. a channel for Music Bot commands) depending on whether a user is currently in a voice channel or not — helps de-clutter the appearance of the server as a whole
